Well done to these hard- working children, and their parents, for helping them to create fantastic fireworks projects over the half term holidays. We were very impressed! All the children were rewarded for their hard work with a special certificate.

We have been learning about Andy Goldsworthy. He is a natural artist and uses things from outside to create fantastic artwork. We decided to make our own bonfires by using natural materials from around the school. First we collected sticks, stones and leaves. Then we put them onto paper to make a bonfire! We had so much fun!

6.11.17 - Year 1 had so much fun making a bonfire today. We also had some sparklers and even drank some hot chocolate! Our topic this half term is 'Whizz, Bang, Pop!'.
Ask your children to tell you about our really exciting day!

If you would like to learn how to say the different sounds please watch the videos below.
Your children should know set 1 by the end of reception.

Set 2 is taught in the autumn term.

Set 3 is taught in the spring term.
