Hi Children, if you have completed your storyboards showing the key events in the Tinga Tinga Tale, 'Why Monkeys Swing from Trees', then you can start a character description of a Monkey or the crocodile.

1. Draw a picture of the animal you have chosen, using the images from the youtube film.

2. Write two sentences describing what your animal looks like, e.g. The monkey has large, bright eyes, which sparkle when he plays tricks.

3. Write two sentences describing what your animal behaves like, e.g. The monkey has a long, colourful tail, from which he swings in the Mango trees.
